The procedure, explained
Invisalign is a series of clear, removable aligners that gradually shift your teeth into their planned position. Each aligner is worn for one to two weeks before progressing to the next in the series — together they apply gentle, controlled pressure to move teeth in pre-planned stages.
Treatment begins with a 3D scan of your existing teeth. We design the final position and the aligner series digitally, so you can see the predicted result before any aligners are made. Aligners are removable for eating, brushing, and special occasions — though they should be worn 20-22 hours daily for predictable results.
Cases range from straightforward adult relapse cases (often complete in 6-9 months) to more complex alignment work (typically 12-18 months). We accept only cases we’re confident we can complete well.

The process
Step by step
3D consultation
Digital scan of your teeth, photographs, and a discussion of your alignment goals. We confirm whether Invisalign is suitable for your case — if it isn’t, we’ll say so.
Treatment plan
We design the predicted tooth movement digitally and share a 3D simulation of the expected result. You see the destination before committing to the journey.
Aligner delivery
Your full set of aligners is manufactured and delivered in batches. You progress through the series at home, with check-in appointments every 6-8 weeks.
Retention
Once alignment is complete, you wear a retainer to maintain the new position. We supply your first retainer and arrange long-term monitoring at six-month intervals.
Aftercare
After your treatment
After active treatment, retainers are essential — teeth naturally try to drift back to their original position for the rest of your life. We supply both fixed (bonded) and removable retainer options depending on your case.
Long-term aftercare is included in your treatment package: six-monthly retainer checks for the first two years, then annual reviews. If anything shifts, we address it before it becomes a larger issue.
